This is a timber frame building approx. 5 by 3 metres, clad with western red cedar wood to the front and sides and box tin cladding to the rear, EPDM rubber roof, OSB board to all walls, floor and ceiling, insulated throughout.

All electrics (internal and external lights, sockets, switches) plaster boarded and skimmed, double glazed doors and windows!
